A Photo a Day: Finally seeing what I don’t see every single day

Headed home to grab some lunch, but I don’t have much time today before I have to be back at school for a meeting — but with my camera slung over my shoulder, as I climbed out of my car, I suddenly saw the basketball net . . . the fire hydrant . . . the light fixture –the lock on the door. Shapes and lines, colors and cobwebs, suddenly become clear when you’re looking through a viewfinder.

😊😊😊 I’m not sure where you are but in Michigan the spiders are out FULL FORCE this year. I’ve never in my life seen colonies of spiders on my property before now. And…there’s so much competition that they’re starting to move indoors which has never been a problem with all the trees! I’m horrified πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

We’re in California — and not many right now, but up in the mountains I’ve found spiders inside that look like small domesticated animals. Ugh.
